Site Negotiators

Description

The Telecom Site Negotiator is responsible for identifying, assessing, and securing new locations for the installation of telecom infrastructure (cell towers, 4G/5G radio equipment, etc.). They manage the entire land acquisition process, from site scouting to the signing of agreements and leases, ensuring regulatory compliance and safeguarding the company’s financial interests.


Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of sites to be secured or renewed
  • Conduct land prospecting: identifying new potential sites for telecom equipment installations (rooftops, land plots, public or private buildings)
  • Study regulatory feasibility for each site (local urban planning rules, zoning constraints, easements, protected areas, etc.)
  • Contact relevant property owners, property managers, municipalities, or public entities
  • Negotiate legal, technical, and financial terms with landlords or decision-makers (both private and public)
  • Draft or review temporary occupancy agreements, leases, amendments, and administrative authorizations
  • Ensure contract signing within project-defined deadlines
  • Monitor administrative requests and declaration files (DP, PC, DIM, etc.)
  • Secure the signing of occupancy agreements and lease contracts

Profile

  • 2- to 5-year degree in real estate law, urban planning, telecommunications, or commercial negotiation
  • Proven experience (2 to 5 years minimum) in a similar role
  • Proficient in French
